PHYSICAL THERAPY | MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
PHYSICAL THERAPY | MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
You've tried conventional physical therapy but still have pain
You sense there's an emotional component to your physical symptoms
You've resolved pain in one area only to have similar symptoms appear elsewhere in your body
You experience stress or overwhelm and feel it land in the same physical spots
You want to understand WHY your body holds tension, not just how to work it out
You're ready for a gentler approach that follows your body's lead rather than forcing change

Integration of Body, Mind, and spirit
Your physical pain and emotional well-being are not separate. I work with both, helping you understand how they support your whole person healing.

Each Body Has its own language
Your tissue, your nervous system, your movement patterns.
They all hold clues about what wants to be healed. Instead of imposing predetermined treatments,
I follow your body's signals to understand what your body needs.

Address the Root, Not Just the Symptoms
Chronic neck and back pain that keeps returning
Anxiety and depression that shows up in your posture
Fight, flight, freeze, & fawn that lives in your muscles and breathing
Plateaued progress from traditional therapy
I became a physical therapist to help people feel better in their bodies and more confident in how they move around the world. I chose my specialty after experiencing this work firsthand and then completing practitioner training directly with Jonathan Tripodi, physical therapist and creator of Body Memory Recall (BMR).The hands-on nature of the practice, combined with the mind-body science it’s centered around, transformed the way I approach my own stress, discomfort, and trauma, and inspired me to pursue the same outcomes in the patients I treat.
My Personal TransformationMy personal experience with BMR had a transformative effect on my relationship to my own health and helped me reclaim the spaces in my body where tension had been living rent-free. I hope we can work together to discover how you can also untangle the tension and physical barriers in your body from the memories and stories in your mind.

The Invitation to HealBody discomfort, whether mental or physical, is an invitation to start or resume an inward journey to your innate self. Progress requires a deep understanding of the ways past injuries, traumas, and emotional experiences live within the way you move and relate to others.
Does This Sound Familiar?Have you found relief through conventional healing approaches and treatments but hit a plateau where progress stalls?- Return of symptoms after physical therapy despite continuing exercises
- Frequent massages for symptom management rather than wellness
- Chiropractic adjustments only provide temporary relief
- Symptoms improve in one area but emerge elsewhere
- Breathwork or meditation no longer calms recurring anxiety or overwhelm
- Talk therapy provides insights but your body still reacts to triggers
You’re Not AloneIf you’ve made significant improvements but can’t seem to reach that last 5-20% to feel fully like yourself again, or if the same issues keep creeping back despite your best efforts, you’re not alone.
Why This HappensThe problem isn’t that these approaches don’t work. They often do, initially. The challenge is that when you plateau or symptoms return, it usually means there are deeper patterns your body has been holding onto that haven’t been addressed yet.
The Good NewsOnce these underlying patterns are identified and have started to be released, clients often find that the same physical therapy, yoga, or other approaches that had stopped working become effective again, often working even better than before.

"I had a headache nearly every day for four months. I tried traditional physical therapy, chiropractic, prescription medications, acupuncture, and diet changes. Nothing worked until myofascial therapy. My body responded almost immediately and I went from a daily headache to zero headaches for months."
